CAT Survey Results!

by Pastor Bahe

The CAT is the Congregational Assessment Tool.  It is designed to help congregations make better decisions about the future, with more confidence, because it provides an opportunity for everyone to let their voice be heard.

Over 400 of you took part in the survey—thank you!  The Transition Team, Council, and Staff have heard from the CAT Survey consultant and are eager to share the results with you.  The results will help you:

  • Learn about the level of satisfaction and energy in the congregation.
  • Identify the critical success factors for Zion.
  • Pinpoint the strengths of Zion’s culture.
  • Discover what members are committed to for Zion in the future.
  • Gauge readiness for change.
  • Discover what gifts members are most hoping for in our next senior pastor.

We are providing 3 different opportunities to hear about and discuss the results of our survey.

  • Sunday, September 18 (the same day as Z-Fest), Fellowship Hall 9:30am.
  • Wednesday, September 21, Fellowship Hall 5:30pm.
  • Sunday, September 25,  Fellowship Hall 9:30am [corrected].
