Scripture Readings
Unless approved by the presiding pastor, the readings in your service should be from the Bible. Generally there are two scripture selections. Typically there is a reading from the Old Testament followed by a New Testament reading. There may also be two New Testament readings such as an epistle (letter) and a reading from one of the four gospels. Here are some suggested scripture readings.
