What I actually do at Zion… Worship Ministry and Music are my mainstays with lots of time in between for volunteer coordinating members and ministries at Zion.
How I came to be involved with Zion… The first worship service for me was the last worship service in the downtown church building before the building project in 1989. I began volunteering to pack boxes during the move, continued as a committee member, and in 1992 became the first Shared Ministry Coordinator at Zion
I was born… In southwestern Minnesota (Lakefield)
My favorite quote or Bible verse… Deuteronomy 6:4-7
My family… Is small in number but contains very important people in my life!
When I’m not at Zion, you can find me… Any place there’s music to perform or hear: grade school band concerts, middle school recitals, high school concerts, in the pit for theater productions, on the road to a concert/recital/play in the Twin Cities, behind a handbell table in a handbell ensemble, near a piano or at least in range of a CD player.
Something you might not know about me is . . . I love to find great bargains.
