Rates

The fees listed on this page are for rental for private and community functions. Fees and Policies for Weddings are different.

Large Groups

• Rental per 1/2 day (4 hours): $50
• Custodial Fee: $50
• Damage/custodial deposit per room required for groups of over 100 people: $100

Sanctuary

Seats up to 500 people worship style for concerts & speakers
Grand Piano
Portable Sound System available (see below). Use of hardwired system must be arranged through Sound Technician.

Fellowship Hall

Seats up to 230-350 people at round tables
Kitchen is available if requested for serving of meals brought in from outside (fully catered, potlucks) at no charge . . . please clean up and empty the garbage. You may be sharing with another group.
Kitchen must be booked separately for food preparation

Trinity Hall

Full size basketball court (sports carpet), Upright Piano
Seat up to 250-400 people worship style for concerts & speakers
Portable Sound System available (see below). Use of hardwired system must be arranged through Sound Technician.

Small Groups

Classrooms

• Rental per 1/2 day (4 hours): $25
• Most classrooms (all sizes) are set up with tables and chairs appropriate to 3 years—6th grade Sunday School students.

Zion opens its doors for non-profit groups on Monday and Tuesday evenings until 8:30pm free of charge. On any other day of the week non-profit groups will be charged $25 per room.

Kitchen

• Rental per 1/2 day (4 hours): $50
• Kitchen Supervisor: $25/hour (1 hour minimum)
• Clean-Up / Custodial Fee: $100

A paid staff person is required to supervise use of kitchen for meal preparation, use of dishes/dishwasher, or any event serving over 100 people.

Nursery

2-room infant and toddler nursery with toys and TV/VCR

• Rental per 1/2 day: $25
• Damage/custodial deposit required: $25

Other Equipment

Other equipment is available as listed below. Equipment must be specified in your reservation. There is no additional charge for use of most of these items (except where specified below)

• Portable Sound System (training required)
• Sound Technician ($25 per hour)
• Coffee Pot (own coffee, please return to Kitchen & clean)
• TV/DVD or TV/VCR
• Overhead Projector
• Projection Screen
• VCR/DVD Projector ($100 damage deposit & training required)
• Projector for YOUR laptop ($25 damage deposit & check compatibility)
• Basketballs (Please return to storage)
• Grand Piano (can NOT be moved from the sanctuary)
• Upright Pianos ($15 if moved to another room)

Room Set Up / Clean Up

All rooms are provided ‘As Is’ unless special set up is specified. If you want a cart of adult chairs available for self-setup please request it in advance. Rooms should be returned to the state you found them before you leave. A vacuum cleaner is available for your use in the Custodian’s office in the ‘Moses’ Hallway (behind the kitchen).
