What is Alpha?
Alpha is the entry point into Zion’s intentional discipleship process. It is a course that covers the basics of Christianity. It answers questions like: Who is Jesus?, and Why did he die?
Classes meet for 10 weeks and each class lasts about 2 hours, including a meal, teaching time, and small group discussion.

Building relationships, growing in faith, and being equipped for ministry are some of the priorities for Zion that have been identified through the visioning process. Alpha is kicking off this fall as the entry point into Zion’s intentional discipleship process. It is a course that covers the basics of Christianity. It answers questions like: Who is Jesus?, and Why did he die?
The first series begins Wednesday, September 14 from 6-8:30pm and will be led by Pastor Luke and Pastor Ted. The series runs for 10 weeks and each class lasts about 2 hours, including a meal, teaching time, and small group discussion.
This group will be limited to 30 participants, so please sign up (online or at the information desk) as soon as possible if you are interested.
