Zooming to Zambia

As you read this, the Zion to Zambia 2012 team is on their way to Zambia to work at the Village of Hope as well as prepare for and lead a Teacher Inset for the Liteta Zone.  The Teacher Inset (Zambian name for Inservice) titled “Growing in Quality: Teachers Growing in Excellence,” is August 2-3, with 150 teachers from the region expected to attend. The Zion team members will be visiting the schools of the region before the Inset to find out about education the Zambian way.  The team will also have the opportunity to help at the Village of Hope School and facilitate a fun field day as one of the last activities before students have their August recess.
