Mission Jamaica 2013

posted on July 19, 2012

Since 2011, Zion has become familiar with J’Abode, medical missions, and “a vacation with a purpose” through Mission Jamaica.

Is 2013 the year you’ll join team of Zion members and friends to travel to Jamaica? Talk to any of the previous Mission Jamaica team members and you’ll find that it truly has been a life changing experience. In 2013 Pastor Luke will travel with the Mission Jamaica team to Montego Bay and the surrounding area.

“Zion has always amazed me with the diversity of gifts present in our community. God really has put some great people together to do great things. Heading down to Jamaica with a group from our church will be another chance to see God at work in our daily lives. I can’t wait to see who feels called to join us. I hope folks are praying about this opportunity, and about how they might see God move in mighty ways as we serve.”

A medical mission team will provide a free clinic during the week. The J’Abode team will work with a construction project for someone who desperately needs a home.

Want to Go?

An information session will be held on Sunday, September 16, at 9:30 and 11:30am, an opportunity to hear more about details of the trip and indicate your interest.

If you’re ready to sign up, the first deposit of $250 to hold your spot is due October 1.
