Kids’ Choice Volunteers

Kid’s Choice is a Buffalo Food Shelf program giving children who receive free or reduced lunches during school year a chance to go to the food shelf during the summer months for some nutrious food and snacks. Zion has committed to have volunteers to help the kids’ ‘shop’ on Wednesdays, July 11 and August 15. Zionaires have done this in the past and both they and the kids really enjoyed the experience. Distribution to kids is at the food shelf from 9:45am-noon on the assigned dates. Please sign up at the information desk if you’d like to help.
