December Council Minutes

At the December 14, 2011, Council meeting:

• Reports were heard from the treasurer, Pastor Ted, Fellowship, Personnel, Social Ministry, Stewardship, and Worship & Music committees.
• The annual meeting was discussed.
• A new team will be recruited to implement the next steps in the visioning process.
• The council retreat is scheduled for Saturday, February 4.
• The next Annual Congregational Meeting was scheduled for December 2, 2012.
• Zion daycare task force was dissolved
• Organ repairs will begin in January.
