Redeemer Music Art Academy
The mission of Redeemer Lutheran Church is to be a beacon of hope to residents of the Harrison Neighborhood, to the people of North Minneapolis, and for the greater church around the world. In this light, RLC wants to support forming the Redeemer Music Arts Academy (RMAA). This is an outreach ministry in the North Minneapolis and immigrant community.
The Redeemer Music Arts Academy offers space and music instruction for children and youth interested in developing their gifts. RMAA encourages the students to share their gifts with others through their music. Moreover, RMAA not only offers academic knowledge but enriches students’ daily lives through music education. The significance of the RMAA ministry lies in its goal to reach out to youth who can benefit from a music arts education. RMAA will further promote the role of fellowship in the culturally diverse neighborhood of North Minneapolis and provide creative connections through music instruction across congregations.
The mission of the Redeemer Music Arts Academy is to provide music education to any individual who wants to learn. Currently, the academy provided individual lessons in voice, piano, guitar, drum, and clarinet. A 30-minute individual lesson is available for a reasonable tuition of $20.
Please contact Mikyoung Park (email@example.com or 612.374.4139 ext. 22) with questions or to schedule lessons. Tuition fees will be waived for students from Redeemer Lutheran Church, but free will donations are appreciate. In support of its commitment, RMAA solicits funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations to allocate toward student tuition fees through the merit-based scholarship program and the need-based tuition assistance program.
Funding for the Redeemer Music Arts Academy scholarships is essential for the sucess of this ministry.
