Harvest of Hands November 5
The 33rd annual Harvest of Hands Festival is just days away! There is something for everyone:
- Volunteers have been working all year long to fill Trinity Hall with crafts, baked and canned goods, jewelry, Christmas items, nature, and much more. There is always something new.
- There is sure to be a bargain-priced treasure for you to discover in one of the several rooms full of White Elephant items that members have been collecting throughout the year.
- Made-to-order omelets and crepes, along with fresh baked goods and coffee make a wonderful brunch.
- There will be fun for the children too. They will be able to paint an ornament, make a beaded necklace or bracelet, and have their face painted.
- The Silent Auction features assorted gift baskets as well as special craft projects and art works.
Proceeds from Harvest of Hands support local and world hunger. This year the main project supported will be the Truckload of Life Project, a major packaging event to be held in April 2012. All funds raised above the packaging event cost will be donated to the Buffalo Food Shelf.
Please bring your family and friends to the Harvest of Hands festival. We hope to see you there!
Saturday, November 5, 2011 … Doors will open at 9am
PS If you have items to donate, please drop them off in Trinity Hall on Thursday, November 3, or Friday, November 4.
