Wedding Coordinator Position – Filled
When a couple decides to marry they embark on one of the most exciting journeys of their lives. It is also one of the most stressful. Because of the desire to make their special day a reflection of their love and dreams and the large amount of planning and details it takes to arrange a wedding, couples can become overwhelmed with the task.

The job of the wedding coordinator will be to meet with couples after they have scheduled their wedding date to provide them with initial information and a wedding timeline. During the months before the wedding they will be available to answer questions, offer support and provide resources via phone calls, emails and/or appointments. The coordinator will help the couple with details leading up to the wedding day and the ceremony, will direct the rehearsal, make sure the facilities are ready for the ceremony, troubleshoot any problems that might arise for the wedding party or guests and will help make sure the ceremony runs smoothly. Acting as host/hostess they will provide a welcoming presence and be a positive reflection of the Zion community to the couple, their guests, and the people who gather for the celebration of the wedding.
